1) Well, as you know I am a Technical Director and I am here to be your Technical Director. When I was in the university I study a lot to be a good Technical Director and the best hopely. When I was a child my dream was to be a football player, when I was 12 years I play in Everton de Viña del Mar football professional, but with the time I change my opinion and I decided to be a Technical Director, in all my life I love Real Madrid and to be here is like a dream for me.

2) Well, I have a good experience like a Technical Director I think, last year I won the Champions League with Malaga football club, in all my experience of Technical Director I was in Malaga, Manchester and Santos. But I always want to be here, and more knowing that in this times Real Madrid are not very good and I feel that is my moment to take the control of Real Madrid.

3) Well, I have three of each, my strengths are, be serious, dedicated and observent.

And my biggest weaknesses are being aggressive, intolerant and moody.

4) As I said before has always been my dream to end up in this club, and I think it's my time to take the club and that the club take me to become the best of all. And I believe that together we can achieve and more and more.
