What is Imperialism?

Imperialism is the political doctrine that justifies the domination of a people or state over another, usually through different types of colonization (of settlement, economic exploitation, strategic military presence) or cultural subordination (acculturation).

Empires have existed throughout history, from the very beginning in ancient times, but the use of the term "imperialism" is usually limited to the rating of the European expansion that began with the Age of Discovery (fifteenth century ) and continues throughout the Early Modern and Contemporary Age to the process of decolonization after the Second World War ..

Essay-Traditional Medicine

Why insomnia is best treated with traditional medicine and not with alternative medicine?

Well first of all in this essay I will talk about why it is better to treat insomnia in with traditional medicine and not with alternative medicine.

Insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders.
Although insomnia is often only seen as difficulty initiating sleep, the truth is that sleep disturbance can take several forms:

-Difficulty falling asleep at bedtime (initial insomnia, the most common of the three)
-Waking up frequently during the night (middle insomnia)
-Waking up too early in the morning, earlier than planned (terminal insomnia)
This prevents the body needs recovery during sleep and can cause daytime drowsiness, poor concentration and inability to feel active throughout the day.

Alternative medicine has certain treatments for this problem, but has no specific treatment, just some homemade recommendations that are not 100% effective, and some recommendations on some plants that could serve, but are also not 100% effective.

Instead traditional medicine has a variety of treatments that anyone could obtain, insurance recommended by professionals and closely observed.

Among the options of traditional medicine, sleeping pills are, they are 100% effective if it is recommended by a professional and should be consumed as, under the supervision of a profesional. Treatment will 100% effective in a couple of weeks.
There is also the longer treatment, which is obviously a professional, and to help you personally daily, you do some physical work to combat insomnia.

And obviously this treatment that has the above two treatments together. In my opinion this is the best.

The difference  between the treatments of traditional medicine and alternative medicine is that traditional is much safer, you know what you do, instead the alternative just keeps what the people say, both are good, but if you want to be sure of what you're consuming and doing, suggest traditional medicine treatments.

Finally I hope that people think better then decision before choosing a treatment and that cases of insomnia are every day less.

1.-The characteristics of Insomnia are:

- Observation of changes of emotion.
- Observation of a power failure.
- Increased absenteeism from work or school.
- The person reported mood swings.
- The person reports a decline in his health.
- The person reports difficulty concentrating.
- The person reports difficulty sleeping.
- The person reported difficulty staying asleep.
- The person reported dissatisfaction with their sleep (current).
- The person reports increase in accidents.
- The person reports of lack of energy.
- The person reported restless sleep.
- The person reports of sleep disorders that have consequences tomorrow.
- The person reports waking up too early.
- The person reports a decline in their quality of life

 The most common is, the first and the second one, observation of changes of emotion and observation of a power failure.

2.-Why does it occur..


Insomnia can come caused by many different causes:

-Temporary stress due to family problems or concerns, from school, etc..
-Habitat conditions on which it rests.
 -Irregular sleep habits and frequent changes of times when going to bed or getting up.
 -Poor eating habits: heavy dinner, hungry ...
 -Using substances like tea, coffee, alcohol, cola drinks, and I guess not use drugs
 -After surgery, and organic diseases are accompanied by pain may be the cause of many sleepless nights.
 -Deprivation alcohol or other depressants.
 -Side effect of medications.

4-.In traditional medicine we have a lot of pills, like clonazepan, aprazolam, diazepam, estazolam. but the most common in chile is clonazepam, but you can only buy with medic recipe, you need to use one per night and all the time that the doctor tells you.
Clonazepam: Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine drug having anxiolyticanticonvulsantmuscle relaxantsedative, and hypnotic properties.
Clonazepam may be prescribed for epilepsy. Clonazepam is approved by the Food and Drug Administration for treatment of epilepsy and Panic Disorder.
Clonazepam was approved in the United States as a generic drug in 1997 and is now manufactured and marketed by several companies.
Clonazepam is available as tablets (0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1.0 mg, 2.0 mg) and orally disintegrating tablets.

5-.The possibilities are many, always one can recover if he wants and is willing.
For this people suffering, we recommend Clonazepam, that is the most common, and the most effective, but these pills are not going to make effect if one is not willing to their recovery, the thing that is the most important in this cases is the disposition of the person that is suffering, finally the possibilities are many.

6-.If you want to relieve your insomnia really need to first figure out what or where is the root of the problem. Insomnia is not always a disease or disorder itself isolated. In fact, it is often a symptom of another underlying problem that is affecting us. These problems include: allergies, dehydration or high stress levels. Researching what is really at the root of the problem is the first step to finding a cure.


7-.Costs are high, we must first pay a bonus to go to the doctor and tell you that you should take so that you fence the problem, leaving remedies cost more or less 20 dollars, plus you should follow the treatment the doctor gives Osin can manipulate wrong and you can bring great consecuences the future. better treatment if you have to pay more because the remedy is more expensive.

Health Institutions (ISAPRE) are a system of private health insurance created in Chile in 1981.
 ISAPRES, have the sole purpose of financing health services and benefits, as well as activities that are similar or complementary to that end, which in no case may involve the execution of those services and benefits or participate in the management of providers.

Well, what I always tell people, that compared to other countries our health programs are lower, but it is not, our health programs have the same concern as that of other health programs of other countries. But United States is the country that spends more money per capita on health, reaching
currently at a figure equivalent to 17% of GDP, which is 65% more than the
average spending 12 percent of the world's richest countries, yet their
average health standards in areas such as life expectancy, infant mortality,
prevention of avoidable deaths are lower than those of other industrialized nations and
also a high percentage of its population does not have any insurance system
physician.
