Cape Flats

The caption in this picture is about the people in Cape Flats feel discriminated by black people, but in the past was very different. I think that the communication there and the happiness in there place is very bad, because people that feel discriminated feel very sad, so they doesn`t have any communication with other people.

In the picture we can see in the foreground some children`s sitting in the street and a big building with some problems because in the left is a little boy running, maybe something happened in the building, and in the background are some fireman`s helping in this possible problem that happened there.

In Cape Flats the discrimination is present, so is very sad for the people that live there, I was in NY last year and in many cities that the black people is the most, are not discriminated, and in all the world hopelly be like this.

Holi Festival

The caption is about a that festival represents the best of the Indian traditions, the Holi Festival is a festival of colours that it celebrated in India arrival the spring.

Well I am going to talk about a topic that is very important in these times in our world, poverty. Why is it important?, because our world in my view is divided between poor and rich, that for me and for a lot of people is obviously wrong.

Why is it wrong?, a lot of people spend their days like a normal day, or great thinkers of the world spend their time on technology, on the other hand, there is also the side of poverty what`s going wrong, people dying, but why the other side doesn`t use our technology and our work to help this people, to get out of the poverty or for last give them a good education.

So who need to do this?, the government has to take care of poverty, in my opinion I would like that poverty end, but is not simply.

Finally few years, I went to Santiago and I was in a school that do not have the same conditions like this, and I saw that, is not about money and things like this, I help they and not with money and thinks like this, only making them laugh and take a moments of happiness, nobody can`t do this, only you need to have motivation and good feelings.

Dear Diary,

Last week I was in the gym consuming some steroids to go to work, when suddenly a child appears, more or less 14 years old, he look of me and said me that why I am consuming that stuff, that type's of supplement?, eventually your body is false, is only a body abundant for bad things, like steroids.

My first reaction was to laugh and do not answer to him, but when I went to my house after gym, and I ate some meat, I thought that the boy possibly was right, but no no! I thought.

Three months passed, and in this three months that pass I couldn't go to the gym because steroids produce a sickness vert dangerous, but I don't think in the child, I thought that was very stupid consume that things, because finally the only benefit was that I feel strong but the true was not that.

When I returned to the gym, I see the child, but know he is not a child, he is very big, and I question to him, how?, he said me, with a good diet only that, I told you.

Obesity

I will talk about people with obesity. People with obesity have a lot of problems, but before I start my reflexion text I want to give a definition of what is obesity, obesity is a problem or a sickness that some persons born with that, this sickness consist in, all people who eat some things, become triple fat.

This persons that are fighting for this, who can fight?, doing some sports, taking some pills necessaries and diets.

Hopefully with the time the answer of this sickness will finder.
